Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the p5n website, apps and services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Misri Trivedi (“p5n”, “we”, “us” or “our”), an individual (sole proprietor) based at 26, KPS, Behind Linde, Nilamber Circle, Vadodara, Gujarat, India.

p5n is a discovery platform. We help families find and compare learning and extracurricular activities — such as sports, music, tuition and coding — offered by independent third-party academies, coaches and providers (“Providers”).

p5n is not the provider of these activities and is not a party to any agreement, booking or payment you make with a Provider. Providers are solely responsible for the activities they offer, including their quality, safety, staffing, scheduling, pricing and conduct. Any enquiry, booking or payment you make is directly between you and the Provider.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. The Service is intended for parents, guardians and Providers — not for children to sign up or use on their own. If you create an account on behalf of a child, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian and are authorised to act for them (see the Privacy Policy for how children’s information is handled).

• Provide accurate, current and complete information when you register.
• Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their own listings, including descriptions, batches, timings, pricing, photos and contact details. p5n may contact Providers and review the basic details they supply while onboarding them, but we do not independently verify a Provider’s credentials, qualifications, background or safety.

Listing a Provider on p5n is not an endorsement or a guarantee of that Provider’s quality, safety, credentials or suitability for your child. You are responsible for making your own assessment before engaging any Provider.

Where the Service lets you contact a Provider (for example by call or message), those enquiries and any resulting booking or payment are made directly with the Provider. p5n does not process these payments and is not responsible for a Provider’s fees, refunds, cancellations or delivery of the activity.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Break any applicable law, or infringe anyone’s rights.
• Post false, misleading, offensive, harmful or unlawful content.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your connection to a Provider.
• Collect or scrape data from the Service, or interfere with its normal operation.
• Upload viruses or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or accounts.
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited marketing.

The p5n name, logo, design, software and platform content are owned by Misri Trivedi or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify or reuse them without our permission.

If you (or a Provider) submit content — such as listings, photos, reviews or messages — you keep your rights in it, but you grant p5n a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and use that content to operate and promote the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you submit.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, p5n does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that listings and Provider information are accurate, complete or up to date.

p5n does not endorse any Provider and is not responsible for any interaction, activity, injury, loss or dispute arising between you and a Provider. Your dealings with Providers are at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, p5n and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service or from your dealings with any Provider.

You agree to indemnify and hold p5n harmless from any claims, losses or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of any law or third-party right.

The Service may link to third-party websites or services (including Providers). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, practices or policies. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or its users. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to let you know (for example, by notice on the Service). Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any rights you have under local law, the courts of Vadodara, Gujarat, India will have jurisdiction over any dispute.

If you use the Service from outside India, you are responsible for complying with your local laws, and some mandatory protections in your country may still apply to you.
